Roasting

Lazy Sunday is an easy roast that is easy on the palate. It mellows and becomes warm to your senses. The cocoa bean from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a drink that is a great drink by itself, or paired with milk chocolate or cake. It would complement lemon drizzle cakes and vanilla sponges.

We recommend the French Press method to brew this coffee. Heating your vessel by adding water that has just boiled will keep it warm. After making the coffee, let it sit for 4 minutes. This ensures that all the grounds have been saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should then be forced through the grounds by the plunger. Do not stir or agitate the coffee, this can cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.

Stores

Lazy Sunday is an aromatic light roast with the sweet scent of cocoa and citrus. It has a silky and supple mouthfeel. The cocoa-like hints can be traced back to a winters' day spent on the sofa, reading a good book and an intimate hug from the family. Make sure to heat your French Press by using water that isn't yet at the boiling point. This will prevent the coffee from becoming over extracted and creating undesirable elements in the drink. Add your grounds and 250ml water that has just been boiled. For 4 minutes, simmer before letting it plunge and then enjoy.
